BestTravelDeals.net is sponsoring a $1000 Travel Scholarship to a student who demonstrates high academic achievement and understands the importance of travel in our everyday lives. One enthusiastic student will earn $1000 for travel expenses to a destination of their choice.

Eligibility

The Best Travel Deals Travel Scholarship is open to U.S. citizen undergraduate students planning to study abroad. The scholarship opportunity aims to assist students who might otherwise not participate due to financial constraints.

Application Submission Deadline

Online entries will be accepted until 5 PM on Monday, March 14, 2011

Requirements

To be considered, students must submit an application form with an attached essay submission. Only completed applications will be considered. All applicants must be enrolled full time in an accredited college or university. Proof of enrollment is required upon earning the scholarship. Acceptable forms of proof include:

• A current class schedule
• A registration record notification from the institution's Registrar's Office
• A letter of recommendation from a current professor

Only the Best Travel Deals Scholarship recipient is required to show proof of enrollment after their essay has been selected.
